United Coordination
We are experienced in communicating with United and know how they like things being sent in, and what is needed. We are happy to coordinate with them on your behalf.
Hawaii Paperwork
Hawaii requires two forms (IC-5 & AQS) for pets transiting or arriving in Honolulu. We can prepare these documents for you to make sure they are correct and have all Hawaii needs to release your pets.
Medical Review
Worried your pet doesn't have the medical paperwork you need? No problem! We can help review and ensure your pet is ready to fly - as well as advise you on if anything is needed.
Honolulu Exit Help
United will only fly pets to Honolulu, from there they need to be transported to a different airline - there are many ways this can happen and we take care of this for you.
Hawaii Transition
We have staff and kennel partners in Hawaii who help with picking your pet up and dropping them off at their connecting airlines so you do not need to stay overnight in Hawaii to clear quarantine.
